We track the maximum number of active properties in your account during each billing period. You're only charged for properties you actually use. Inactive or archived properties don't count.
Yes! Add or remove properties at any time. Your next bill will automatically adjust based on your highest property count during that billing period. No need to change plans or contact support.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
No contracts, no cancellation fees. ParUp is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
